Canada's Motors Place: Getting Back to Buyer Conversations
Several salespeople, a hands-on rollout and a return to buyer enquiries. Our work with Canada's Motors Place shows why the setup deserves as much attention as the software.
When we connected Canada's Motors Place to Postiqo, the work involved several salespeople and a situation that needed close attention. One salesperson had been using another listing program and was receiving no enquiries through that setup.
We brought the team onto Postiqo and worked intensively through the onboarding. After the connection and the work that followed, enquiries began coming in again. Sales improved too. For the dealership, that meant the listing process was once again leading into the part of the day that mattered: conversations with buyers.
A rollout across the sales team
Canada's Motors Place is a dealership in Barrie, Ontario. Its website gives customers access to inventory, trade-in information and direct contact with its sales team. Our Postiqo rollout brought several of those salespeople into a new listing workflow.
Connecting multiple people makes the setup important. Each salesperson needs to understand how the software fits into their day and which work still needs their attention. A tool that reduces repetitive posting should leave the team better placed to answer enquiries and work with customers.
The initial onboarding had issues to work through. We stayed involved and resolved them. That hands-on work was part of getting the dealership into a usable routine, rather than treating the first connection as the end of the job.
Moving repeated listing work out of the way
Vehicle advertising creates a stream of small jobs. A new arrival needs a listing. A changed price needs to reach the places where the vehicle is advertised. A sold vehicle needs to be handled so buyers have an accurate picture of the available stock.
Postiqo Publisher is built around those tasks. It uses a compatible inventory source and supports publishing, price and detail updates, renewals, reposting and sold-listing handling under the dealership's chosen rules.
For Canada's Motors Place, the practical benefit of the move was less manual listing work for salespeople. Repeating vehicle details across listing forms competes with the time available for follow-up, appointments and showing cars. Automating that routine gives the sales team more room for those customer-facing responsibilities.
The team still has an active role. Vehicle information needs to be right, enquiries need answers, and interested buyers need someone who can help them take the next step.
What changed after the switch
The return of enquiries was an important change in this rollout. The salesperson who had been experiencing a quiet period started receiving interest again after moving to Postiqo and working through the setup with us. We also saw an improvement in sales.
That sequence describes this dealership's experience. It does not establish why the earlier setup was quiet or mean that software alone determines a sale. Inventory, pricing, demand and the salesperson's work all remain part of the outcome.
What we can take from the project is the value of staying close to the rollout: connect the team, work through the issues and make sure the resulting routine is useful in the real sales day.
The work continues with the customer
For us, Canada's Motors Place is a practical example of the relationship between automation and sales work. Postiqo takes on repetitive listing tasks. Salespeople use the time and attention that frees up to work with buyers.
If you are considering a similar change, bring your current inventory source and listing routine to a Postiqo demo. We can review compatibility and discuss which repeated tasks your team wants to move out of its day.
